Dylan St. James · Founder & Head Coach

The science nerd
who walks it.

Exercise scientist. NASA-funded researcher. Nationally qualified NPC competitor. Every method in this coaching system runs through my own training first — I’m a living test of everything I ask my clients to do.

“Be entirely intentional with everything you do. Every step you take, every rep you perform, and every interaction you have matters. That level of absolute intent is the foundational groundwork for my entire mindset.”— Dylan St. James

I was pre-med before I was a coach. Exercise Science at Hartford, headed for medical school — until personal training at a commercial gym showed me the work I actually wanted: taking what the research says and engineering it into real people’s real lives.

That’s the whole brand. Not broscience, not a textbook — both, applied, and evolving with the evidence. A plan you can enjoy your life inside of, built collaboratively, adjusted from data, executed with intent.

And it goes past the gym. Clients get real conversations — work stress, family, the days when nothing goes right. The structure we build is for your whole day, not just the hour you train. Physique, family, business, life: the goal is the top 1% across the board.

Let's build yours
with intent.
